The Staff Team

Our dedicated care team of highly qualified and attentive staff provide for the individual needs of our residents.

The team consists of an experienced Manager at the helm who is registered with CSCI and qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, plus additional qualifications.

We have Senior Care Assistant's all achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and additional qualifications.

Our staffing levels are above legal requirements set out by the National Care Standards Commission.

Staff at Howard Court, have certificates in the following courses - Dementia Care, Moving and Handling, Basic Food Hygiene, Adult Abuse, Fire Training, First Aid, Mental Health Act, NVQ Level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.

All new care staff will participate in an Induction Training Course within their first month of employment.

We employ two cooks, who hold Food Hygiene Certificates.
